9. Pittsburgh (10-8)  

Good News- WR George Pickens (63 catches, 1,140 yards) is a bona fide number 1 receiver and RB Najee Harris has posted 3 consecutive 1,000-yard seasons

Bad News- the Steelers have lost 4 consecutive playoff games dating back to 2017, which is the franchise’s longest period without a postseason win since the merger in 1970

10. Cleveland (11-7)

Good News- WR Amari Cooper is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons and the defensive front should again be elite led by Defensive POY Myles Garrett

Bad News- QB Deshaun Watson has played just 12 games the past 2 years and RB Nick Chubb’s status to start the year remains in question following a season ending knee injury last September

11. Jacksonville (9-8)

Good News- the Jaguars added 2 quality WR targets in free agent Gabe Davis (Buffalo) and first round pick Brian Thomas Jr. (LSU) following the departure of leader Calvin Ridley

Bad News- QB Trevor Lawrence has been a turnover machine in his first 3 NFL seasons tossing 39 INT’s to go along with 6 lost fumbles

12. Indianapolis (9-8)

Good News- Colts’ star RB Jonathan Taylor received a three-year, $42 million dollar contract extension and on defense the pass rush should be a force with the addition of first-round pick DE Laitatu Latu (UCLA)

Bad News- QB Anthony Richardson played only 4 games in his rookie season due to a shoulder injury and has only played 1 full season since arriving at Florida in 2020

13. Las Vegas (8-9)

Good News- the receiving corps is deep and talented and RB Zamir White showed great promise late last season while filling in for the now departed Josh Jacobs

Bad News- the Raiders' have had 3 general managers and 4 head coaches since 2018 and enter 2024 without a true franchise QB

OVER/UNDER TOTAL WINS 6.5


14. Denver (8-9)

Good News- after a rocky first season in Denver second year HC Sean Payton has begun to assemble his preferred roster including drafting first-round pick Bo Nix (Oregon) at QB

Bad News- the Broncos' defense, which ranked near the bottom of the league in just about statistical category last season, lost its' leader in the secondary in safety Justin Simmons (30 career INT’s)

15. Tennessee (6-11)

Good News- the addition of Calvin Ridley gives the offense another viable option at WR behind DeAndre Hopkins

Bad News- the O-line, which was once again a disaster in 2023 allowing 64 sacks, has been revamped for a second straight year

16. New England (4-13)

Good News- the defense returns its’ top 2 tacklers in LB Ja’Whaun Bentley and Jahlani Tavai and third overall pick QB Drake Maye brings renewed optimism to the offense

Bad News- first time HC Jerod Mayo will be tested early with September road games against Cincinnati, New York (Jets), and San Francisco
