Here are my division ratings thru January 16th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34.1
2. Northwest- 33.69
3. Pacific- 33.31
4. Central- 30.62
5. Southwest- 30.17
6. Southeast- 28.1
