Here are my division ratings thru January 30th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34
2. Pacific- 33.62
3. Northwest- 33.45
4. Central- 30.97
5. Southwest- 29.69
6. Southeast- 26.97
