Here are my division ratings thru December 30th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34.38
2. Pacific- 33.45
3. Northwest- 33.03
4. Central- 30.72
5. Southwest- 29.1
6. Southeast- 29.03
